Yoga Therapy

Connect with a specialist who utilizes the principles of yoga therapy to help calm the mind, body, and connect with the breath. Practicing with philosophy, meditation, breath awareness/controlled breath work and gentle movement, notice your progress. Spend time with a 60 minute session to tune into your body to assist with the reduction of pain (physical/emotional), anxiety, and stress.
