This Warrior Yoga Short Form Series has a similar sequence with a warm up, standing postures, sitting postures, and then on your back. Create space on your mat and leave like a champion ready to conquer the day in a calm way.

Our In Person Cooking Demonstration is filled with fun, community, and healthy foods. We provide you with tips to make healthy and delicious foods that will provide you with the fuel you need to continue at work or at home. Build your work community. Up to 25 people in person and leave with the tasty treats and recipes. Hybrid is available.

Come practice Yin Yoga with your work and/or convention colleagues. We provide the mats, you bring yourself and water bottle. Reset and root yourself by focusing on your natural breath. This meditative practice holds each pose a minimum of 2 minutes and as long as 8 minutes. Whether in the morning, midday or evening, this practice is certain to have you feel like you are floating after the class. We provide up to 50 yoga mats.
